¡Hola!
My name is Katherine Medina-Mason. I am a South Florida native whose parents are from Colombia, South America. I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish in ‘06 and a Master’s degree in Education in ‘08 from the University of Florida. After graduation, I taught English as a Foreign Language in Spain and Colombia. After my time abroad, I moved to Maryland and taught High School Spanish in Montgomery County. Most recently, I was teaching ESOL at Clarksville Elementary. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, playing/watching sports, and trying new things. I am very excited to join the RBES staff teaching Spanish this year!

Spanish Descubre workbooks:
Students in grades 2-5 will be taking home 1-2 pages out of the workbook per unit and using them in the classroom as well.
Students in grades K & 1 will be using their workbooks in the classroom.
